I just signed up for pay pal. i filled in all the required information required. i then linked my debit card to my account. i then went to purchase an item that i was the high bidder on at ebay. i fill out their form, hit the done box and the pay here box disappears so i can't make my purchase. Does anybody know what is going on with this? I have zero knowledge on how to get around this issue. yeah, i know. Damn rookie! ANY HELP ON WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THIS MESS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
