Why when I use my balance as preferred method of paying online it tries to use my debit card or bank account and not my balance?

Hi @jjreding,

 

I'm sorry to hear that your card or bank is being presented as the payment method instead of your balance. This could be one of a couple of things. If it's a merchant that requires a billing agreement, a payment method other than your balance would have to be chosen initially to set up the billing agreement. If it's not that, there may be a security reason for excluding the balance. If the problem persists, please contact customer service for further troubleshooting and assistance.
