How do I stop an ongoing payment any help please

Once a PayPal transaction is completed, you wouldn't have the ability to cancel it.  As a result, you'll need to request a refund from the recipient of the payment.  Here's how:  

1. On the Summary page select the transaction you want to cancel.
2. Use the contact information to send the seller/recipient an email.
