Depends which option they used to send it / depends how they funded it / depends on whether paypal are reviewing it to check its not a seller using the friends / family option to receive payment.

Dear Sir, Meanwhile I contacted customer support and a lady wrote me a message stating it'd be ok and the money was available. Unfortunately it was'nt the case. I replied to her message but since then it's 3 days and... Nothing. What should I make of this? Thank you and have a nice day!
