On E Bay at checkout my Pay Pal wont load up has error Id Client wrong

When buying on e bay At Checkout when i select Pay Pal and type in my account for paypal I get stopped and i get error and it says ID Client wrong or ID recipent I get directed back to checkout page. What is up?
