Only I could do this. I have linked an old email address to an auction on eBay. The auction has ended and buyer has sent payment. I can see it in eBay pending. Bit I have somehow ended up with an old btemail address on the item. I have tried to add the email address to my in-laws bt account but it says it already exists and when I try an log in it says it doesn’t exist (rather annoying) so at the moment I can’t receive the payment. Is there anything I can do to resolve this. Asking the buyer to send the funds to another email address would to me sound a bit dodgy if I was the buyer.
