Oath holdings

What is this? I do not have an agreement with this company and I have never heard of them!!

You can cancel any automatic payments/Billings here:

Go to Account Settings (wheel icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select merchant, click Cancel on the right.

I had forgotten that I HAD preauthorized a payment to Oath Holdings.  The $34.95 was a year's subscription to Yahoo Pro plus the Last Pass password generator.  The charge was legitimate.  It only comes up once per year, so now I need to remember this until NEXT July.
