I have received a notification about an preauthorized payment , what does this mean ? I have never had this before and don't understand what's happening . I paid for a purchase from my credit card through PayPal as I usually do but this is the first time I have had this message and on checking my credit card there is no mention of this payment either . Any help will be gratefully appreciated .
