My bank's server was broken, and I accidentally ordered from a shop two times. They are in pending status, and I do not have the money to fullfill the payments, and I would like to cancel it. As the paypal instruction said, I could cancel it, but there is no cancel button, and they do not respond me or cancel the orders.
