Why is the payment that reflected in my account does not tally with the payment that is said in the email I received?

Because PayPal deducts the PayPal fee. It is better to show the full amount on the email so you can easily recognize the total amount. On your PayPal account, they always prominently show the amount after the fee is deducted.
