Not receiving payments

I am unable to receive money because whenever some1 tries to send me money they get a message that the user can only accept money through their website

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving funds. First, I'd recommend checking out this Help Center article: How do I receive PayPal payments?

If you're still running into some issues after that, make sure the sender is sending the funds as a Goods & Services payment and not Friends & Family.
