I am going to receive money on PayPal through quora on 2 December but didn't receive. So i Imailed them they send a mail saying that there is error in payment. "It looks like your payment error was due to a risk decline on Paypal's end." This is what they said to me. So i contacted paypPa but didn't get proper reply by auto responder. So please help me to sort out this problem if someone can.
