Not receiving money

Hello , I’ve sent money through (£13) to a person who’s account is verified and the email is aswell two days ago and for some reason the person has not received it in his account the payment is not on pending and has been confirmed as sent from my side and I’m not sure what To do . help me please

Maybe they changed their email address or phone number in their PayPal details and they forgot to mention it. Sometimes people change info and they forget, IF they did and that email belongs to someone else then you have to email that email address or contact that phone number and ask for the money back.
