Not received refund

I have made a payment using PayPal 3 in 1 service on asos. This was in December it is now February. Asos issued the refund through PayPal and paid in full on time. However. PayPal never refunded the amount into my bank account and is not in my PayPal account either, yet I can still see the activity where it should have been refunded. I'm not sure what to do I have looked at many community complaints and none seem to answer my problem. I would preferably want to talk to someone at PayPal as I am not receiving any help and really struggling with this issue.
