Not having item postage for payment

I’m in Deutschland. I paid for an item that is sold over ebay kleinenzeigen but after payment I wait from Sunday 6 days package has not come and the seller doesn’t answer any. What can I do thanks for help

Why not open an Ebay dispute for non receipt of item first?

Then if that is declined you can open a paypal one?
