I want to send money to my relative without Commission, I go to send money, and there is no option to send to friends and family, the country of registration of Moldova, the card is added and the passport is added.
Not every country has the friends / family option, if you go to send money > imput the email address and click next and you only get x1 option then it sounds as if you don't.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
