i purchased something online overseas and did not take the conversion fee into consideration and no do not have enough money in my bank account to cover this. the order still says pending on my paypal account and i tried getting a refund/cancel order from the vendor but they siad it was too late.
just wondering what is going to happen now? will the order be canceled or will i be charged a fee?
