Not cancelling my automatic payment

When I clock on cancel my subscription it says 'An unexpected error has occurred. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again later.

Sorry to hear of the trouble cancelling a subscription. 

It sounds like the error might be due to a browser issue. Please try clearing your cache and cookies. Once that's completed try again using a different browser.
