Hello Paypal, i have an issue with my account. I am unable to send money no matter what amount - i got no notifcations nor emails. I have updated and verified my profile fully, and just verified my 2 cards as well. I had same issue yesterday, but managed somehow to send by splitting the total amount in two halfs.
I have also been on my phone, and i have tried two browsers.
