Not able to send money from my balance with F&F

I have available balance in my UK based account but when I try send part of it to someone in Europe, I can not send it with use of friends and family. It asks me to add funding options even though I have both bank account and credit card added and confirmed already. I have EUR in my account. 

I contacted Paypal support over the phone, but they just said they dont know how to help - thanks a lot. 

Can someone else help?

Funds in your balance have to be in the correct currency. Paypal only convert during the payment process from a bank account or card.
