Hey I am from India and have $5 in my Paypal Balance and want to send the same to my friend....
But whenever I am trying to do so its saying "This recipient accepts Paypal Payments only through their website".
But however he does not have a website only!!! .... So now how do I send him...
And actually the problem is that he has also not verified his account... But it was said that he can accept payment from people within India...
So now plzz help...Is there any way that I can send him money????
