Not able to recieve money

Good evening Sir/Maam, I'm from India and I have made my paypal account some days before. Every bank details has been confirmed. But I'm not able to recieve the payment from my client's side who is living in Canada. Its having some error from his side. I don't know what is going wrong. Please help me out
