Not able to receive payment.

Hi there.

I tried to withdraw funds from my course hero tutor profile on my PayPal business account. Once I clicked on the withdraw option, I received a mail from PayPal on my registered email ID that I have received funds from Course Hero. There was a link to claim the amount. I clicked that link and logged into my PayPal account. Claimed the amount and then clicked on transfer the money to the bank. I clicked on it but then nothing happened at all. There is no sign of transactions on my PayPal account as well. I raised a query on PayPal and I was informed that my account is in good standard limits to accept both international as well as local payments. I have raised a query on Course Hero as well. Can someone please help me with this.
