For some unknown reason when I come around to pay for a service I am buying I get the message above, our paypal balance is all available and there should be no reason why this is happening, I have confirmed both email and phone number.
Any help on why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.
Do you have a back up card linked to your Paypal account as well?
That would be why then, you can use your wallet only but at some stage you have to add a card to act as a back up funding source and to verify your account.
