For the last few days I am not able to use my paypal account on ebay check out.....all seems fine till the last step when I enter the otp from bank. OTP or one time pass word sent by Indian banks to account holders for one time use for the specific transaction. When I am entering the OTP instead of taking money it again comes back to ebay check out and asks me to pay again. It is a kind of loop.
