Why can I no longer pay for ebay purchases using my paypal funds? I have money in my paypal account have and have always been able to choose to pay for items with paypal balance and now that option has disappeared.
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
