I am not a business, seller, or use PayPal for anything except for transferring money to friends, I used PayPal to receive $130 from a friend who didn’t use anything except PayPal. The money is on hold and I can’t prove anything was shipped because IT WASNT A SERVICE OR A PURCHASE IT WAS JUST MONEY SENT... SOS I don’t want to wait 21 days I need the money released ASAP.

Its down to how the payment was SENT to your account that decides if its a payment received by a seller or not.
1. If they sent using money > goods / services option then paypal would see you as a seller and apply the new seller hold. They would also charge you a fee.
2. If they had sent using the send money > family / friends option then you would have had the payment instantly with no fee.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
