Hey! Recently I had problems with refund. The company has processed my refund on the card that does not exist anymore(although I asked them not to), but PayPal assured me that the money will go back to my PayPal balance if the card is no more valid. PayPal also told me to wait maximum 1 month... After more than a month, as you can imagine, NOTHING... The worst thing about it, is that I emailed PayPal 3 times and I get no reply, and their foreign phone support center is broken because It does not recognize me tipping their 6 digit password. I feel so helpless, because I did not receive my refund, and PayPal seems to ignore me. Anybody had a similar issue?
