No transaction ID in email and payment not yet received

Good day, I received an email from PayPal on 7 Nov 2020 saying that the transaction from coursehero of $28.00 is waiting and it didn't have any transaction ID (in the email). I haven't yet received the money. Could you please help me resolve this and credit $28.00 to my PayPal account? Do let me know if there is anything I need to do from my side. Thank you
