No refund???

My Paypal shows refunds from Next on 12th May but it hasn't gone back on my bank card. Any thoughts??

Once a refund is marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country....and you haven't given a country.
