I had an item sold on fineartamerica. My account is saying the money was sent to PayPal since January 15. I have yet to receive it in my PayPal account. What can I do? This is the second time this has happened I never received the money from Rakutan as well and they said that PayPal didn’t accept the payment and it’s back on my rakutan account. Please help.
