Have just made a payment to Gearbest thro' Paypal for purchase of a men's wallet, but have not had a receipt from either Paypal or Gearbest.
My address is in Malta, and all details on my paypal payment page have been checked and are ok.
I have clicked CONFIRM on the Paypal page, but nothing happened.
Has my payment got through or not?
I have been trying to email Paypal about this problem, but even though I log in successfully, there is no way I can send them an
email. Their site only asks you to put your question to facilitate help from them, but the next thing you know, you are told they could not access your question in their list of questions. So, why do they ask you to email them, if there is nowhere in their site to enter your message?! This is driving me mad, particularly as I am an octogenerian.
