No option to withdraw money to bank

I am trying to withdraw my money to bank but there is no option to withdrawal money to bank only their is one mail through cheque no other options showing there

You can withdraw to bank in India but first you must link and confirm a bank account to your PayPal account on the Money page.

My Indian bank is already confirmed with my paypal account still no option to withdrawal in bank
