How to send money to a friend using paypal balance? It's simply not an option, nor is it an option in bank and cards settings. When I go to the help menu it describes steps that are not actually available when I try to follow them, and the help menu and resolution center just sends me in circles. Is there really no way to send money straight from balance? Do I need some other add on like pay pal cash or something?
