No option to refund?

How do I provide a refund to a customer when the option is not showing up when I click on the transaction?

Refund option is normally only available up to 180 days.

If after that you can refund via the friends/family option.

Do not use that option before 180 days or a buyer could file a dispute and the f/f refund would not show as a proper refund.
