No option "Paypal Friends and family", why?

Hi all!

I know that normally there should be an option to pay to "friends and family" instead of "items and services". However both website and app don't give me the options, there is only "items and services" set by default. How and where can I change that?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
