Dear all, how can I get support for Paypal customer service at the present time? I have a problem with a payment someone made to me not going through. It's been 10 days now. Is there any way at all to speak to a customer service rep at the moment? Many thanks
Hi there. Did you manage to get any help? I'm having the same problem in that I cannot get hold of anyone at customer service as Paypal phone service is not provided during covid-19. There is no help email address. There is no live chat.
