No credit card

My payment declines when I pay only for PayPal..because it needs to add credit cards that I din have any cards.. The only way I can pay is thru cash payments..and can't proceed the process of payment without adding credit cards.. Please help

At some point you have to verify your paypal account by adding and confirming a back up funding source ie a card.
