after contacting assistant and showing him that the same invoice have paid twice, first was paid manually by me in 1 Mars , and second was paid automatically by paypal in 3 Mars , he explained to me by pasting textes of ToS, that i can not recover my money, i don't know the level of assistants who paypal recrut but, i provided the both invoice with same serial number and diffrrent dates, and i explained to him that billing is monthly and it's mentionned in the invoice, but he refuses again to check and copy paste same answers and he request me to close the conversation
