No Pay After Delivery option on eBay

Hi For a few months now I’ve been using the Pay After Delivery payment option on the eBay help. However, that payment options seems to have disappeared in the past week when I’ve bought things through eBay. Any idea why try is might be?

PAD has nothing to do with the seller, its an interest free loan provided by paypal for 14 days in which time your item 'may' have arrived.

So its down to paypals cash flow as to how often and to how many people and when they offer it.
