Nintendo eshop transaction error but funds drawn from bank account

I tried to make a purchase on the Nintendo Eshop with PayPal but I received an error. I did not receive my purchase but funds have been drawn from my bank account. There's no confirmation on my Paypal account and I received no email from paypal, but the charges on my bank said PAYPAL ** xxxxx. Will the payment eventually process or will they return to my account? Its been 3 days already and I'm worried they're stuck with PayPal somewhere.
