Nintendo Switch error code 10417 when trying to buy a game through PayPal

I hve been trying to buy a game, having enough money, but, then I started getting the 10417 error, and nothing has been done (money was not taken out of the account, game was not bought, etc). I do not know what to do, as this game has a 25% sale, and, it might end soon, before this problem would be fixed.
