Hi I have just set up my account and my friend has sent me money, however I have verified my email but the funds are not in my account?

Have you checked the email address she sent the funds to and made sure there were no spelling errors or typos?

What does it say next to the transaction in your friends Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
