I've been using paypal for years as a line of credit, I make a purchase on my off-pay week, it overdrafts my bank, I pay the $10 bank fee with my next pay and it's all good. However in the last couple of weeks I've been getting slapped with these new paypal "declined payment" fees coming from my bank account, PLUS my normal bank overdraft fee, which repeats itself every time paypal tries to take another chunk of money from my bank, so now I'm looking at $30 worth of fees because I bought lunch last week, while puting my paypal account in the negatives, making it unusable for however many days it take to add funds. Paypal is no longer cost effective or convenient.
