New card link declined?

Hi, I just removed my old card from my PayPal account and wanted to add another one .. I inserted all the information correctly but it says the following: "Credit card declined. Please try another payment method." What should I do? I need to use the PayPal service urgently so a fast answer would very much help. Thanks in advance, best regards

I understand you are unable to add a new card to your PayPal account. Who is your card provider? Do you have sufficient funds on your card?
