I load money on my PayPal card Dollar General in Clarksville Tennessee $260 I have the receipt of the transaction and everything their phone lines were acting weird yesterday but they claim that since I got the receipt that it was through its those variance all good but I never received my money on my card there's no post pending transactions. And I can't get ahold to talk to a live person at automated message center doesn't give me no good
