I paid someone on PayPal using my debit card and after the transaction was refunded and completed It was never sent to my PayPal account or debit card. I have waited 30 days and it still hasn’t been added to my debit card or PayPal. When I view the details of the refund it says it went to my balance however on the app I have not seen any balance or anything.
