So i got a email from paypal they make a preapproved of 12$ the thing is i didnt whant that, i call the netflix they cant find the email they cant find my credit card number i dont know how to fix this i cant log in in netflix its like i dont have a acc there buy how then they make a charge and took my money with email i am loggin in paypal

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Does that mean automatic payment ? Yes its on. But why when i call netflix they couldnt find my email in the system and couldnt find my credit card but still took my money ..

No idea, I just guessed it may be a valid subscription, if netflix can't find it then thats between you and them really.
