Hello Yesterday i tried to buy 1 month netflix, and i try to pay trough paypal but it says some error like try again later, and i checked my bank account money (before unsuccesfull purchase i had 17,50 EURO and after unsuccessfull purchase i now have 5 EURO. What should i do? Does paypal reserve money or what?
