Need to stop payment

I need help I went onto to Tui website last night to book a flight and the website through me out as they were having technical difficulties . This morning £64 has left my account under PayPal TUI. The transaction is not yet showing under my paypal activity. I rang my bank and they said PayPal have to email them for me to get the money back. I can’t get through to speak to a human in PayPal what do I do to get my money back?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
